Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions of Service agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) is a legally binding contract entered into by and between Al Muhaymin Enterprises FZE LLC, an entity registered and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and any individual, business entity, sole proprietor, or corporate organization worldwide (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”, or “your”) that accesses, registers, downloads, or utilizes the cashcorder mobile application, web portal, API, or related software services (collectively, the “Application” or “Service”).

By registering an account, capturing images, entering transaction records, or otherwise accessing cashcorder, you confirm that you possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into this binding legal contract under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and your local country of residence.

2. Account Registration, Credentials & Mandatory Agreement

To utilize cashcorder, users must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and verifiable credentials. Account creation strictly requires explicit user agreement to these Terms and Privacy Policy prior to finalizing registration.

• Account Credential Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, PIN codes, API keys, and biometric credentials. Any transaction or activity executed under your login credentials shall be conclusively deemed executed by you.

• Authorized Representation: If you create or manage an account on behalf of a corporate entity, business enterprise, or employer, you warrant and represent that you hold full authority to legally bind said entity to these Terms.

• Notification of Security Breach: You agree to notify Company immediately at support@cashcorder.com upon discovering any unauthorized login or security breach concerning your account. Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by compromised login credentials or unauthorized device access.

3. Scope of Service & Statutory Tax Compliance Disclaimer

cashcorder is provided exclusively as an internal software workflow utility and convenient logging tool for tracking petty cash entries, attaching uploaded receipt/invoice images, organizing expense categories, and generating summary logs for individuals and business entities.

4. Data Retention, Backups, Automated Data Purging & Disclaimers

While cashcorder utilizes secure cloud hosting infrastructure to synchronize expense records and receipt images, hosting and cloud database storage incur substantial recurring third-party costs. Company cannot maintain data indefinitely without ongoing subscription revenue.

Automated Account Data Deletion Schedule & Inactivity Rules:

• Expired Paid Membership Accounts: For accounts with a purchased subscription membership that expires without renewal (and where the user has not manually deleted the account), all associated financial logs, transaction entries, and uploaded receipt images will be retained in cloud databases for a maximum period of six (6) months following the membership expiration date. After six (6) months, all account data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

• Free Tier / Non-Paying / Inactive Accounts: For accounts that have never purchased a paid membership subscription, or accounts remaining inactive without manual deletion, all associated financial entries and uploaded receipt images will be permanently deleted after six (6) months from the user’s LAST LOGIN date.

• Email Notifications & Spam Filter Disclaimer: Company will send an informational courtesy email to the user’s registered email address prior to executing permanent data deletion. User explicitly agrees that Company is not responsible or liable if such notification email fails to reach the user’s inbox due to incorrect email addresses, email provider delivery failures, or if the email is filtered into the user’s spam, junk, or promotional folders.

5. Company’s Intellectual Property Rights & Developer Ownership

All right, title, interest, and intellectual property rights in and to the cashcorder Application—including without limitation all software source code, object code, database structures, UI/UX interface design, graphics, algorithms, trademarks, logos, trade secrets, and documentation—are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Al Muhaymin Enterprises FZE LLC.

• Limited Use License: Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use the Application strictly for personal or internal business petty cash tracking in accordance with these Terms.

• Strict Restrictions: Users shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; (c) Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or white-label; (d) Frame or mirror UI components; (e) Bypass security or DRM mechanisms.

• Ownership of Feedback: Any ideas, feature requests, code suggestions, or feedback provided by you regarding cashcorder become the exclusive property of Company, without obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

6. User Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use cashcorder strictly in compliance with all applicable local, federal, and international legal standards. Violation grants Company the immediate right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.

• Uploading or storing fraudulent, forged, or altered invoices intended to deceive tax authorities or business partners.

• Recording illicit transactions, money laundering, or terror financing prohibited under UAE or Global AML laws or US OFAC sanctions.

• Attempting to scan, probe, or breach security firewalls or databases of cashcorder.

• Using automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or unauthorized API scripts to access or mine cashcorder servers.

• Introducing viruses, Trojans, ransomware, or malicious code into the network.

7. Cyberattacks, Security Breaches & Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Company implements encryption and SSL/TLS transport protocols to safeguard user data. However, no internet platform can guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.

8. Subscription Fees, Free/Paid Features & Store Payments

cashcorder may offer free tier features alongside paid premium subscriptions. Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or feature limits upon notice. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Apple App Store & Google Play Store Billing Terms: If you purchase a paid subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment will be charged directly to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are governed strictly by Apple’s and Google’s respective store policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”)

10. Limitation of Liability & Absolute Monetary Cap

Local Statutory Consumer Protection Savings Clause: Some international jurisdictions (including EU member states, UK, and Australia) do not allow total exclusion of statutory consumer warranties. If such mandatory laws apply to you, the disclaimers above apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

11. User Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Al Muhaymin Enterprises FZE LLC, its officers, directors, software developers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the app, fraudulent receipt uploads, or disputes with tax authorities (FTA, IRS, HMRC) or third parties.

12. Account Suspension, Termination & Data Removal

Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and wipe stored data without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in suspicious security activity, fail to pay fees, or upon lawful order by government authorities.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirates. You irrevocably agree that the civil courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any dispute.
